Providence Fire Fighters worked a second alarm today at 17 Rutland Street in Engine 11's first due. Heavy fire was venting from the 1st floor C/D corner when companies arrived. The police also reported that an occupant was hanging out of a window. The fire was quickly knocked down using 4 lines.
