After forty-six (46) years of service to the Woonsocket and North Smithfield communities, including the last eighteen (18) years as Chief of the North Smithfield Fire and Rescue Service, Chief Joel David Jillson is retiring from the Fire Service. His influence on the fire and ems services in the State of Rhode Island will be long remembered. Congratulations Chief and good luck in your future.
