BURRILLVILLE, RI (PROVIDENCE COUNTY) - A small garage fire was quickly knocked down by Burrillville firefighters at 260 Lynne Lane in the Oakland-Mapleville section on November 22, 2008. The fire was in a 2 stall garage of a 2 story wdfm occupied dwelling with a bonus room above the garage. Firefighters pulled down the ceilings in the garage area near the chimney of a fireplace finding no extension. Companies were in service a short time after the initial alarm.
