North Providence firefighters were confronted with heavy fire in a 40x60 3sty wdfm at 955 Mineral Spring Ave. Engine 4 reported heavy fire venting out the 3-4 corner window on the #2flr. Several lines were stretched in to knock down the extending fire. All of the NPFD apparatus along with mutual aid from Providence, Pawtucket and Johnston were on scene. Out of town companies covered the empty stations while companies mopped up.
