Heavy rains had fallen in the area from March 29-31, 2010. The images/videos posted are from numerous areas along the Blackstone River from Woonsocket to Cumberland/Lincoln, RI. There also some images from the Branch River and Slatersville Reservoir in North Smithfield, RI. The river swelled over 6' in height in my 14hrs in the firehouse on March 29 night tour. The river normally flows at the 9' level, it measured roughly 18' on March 30-31....
