Worcester Engine 16 arrived to find heavy smoke showing form a 1.5sty wdfm single family dwelling at 150 Belmont Street just after midnight on April 05, 2008. First due companies led off with an 1.75 attack line through the front door to knock the room and contents fire down rather quickly. Ladder 2 raised their stick to the roof with ease but held off from venting due to aggressive hose line work. A female occupant was treated for burns and smoke inhalation by UMass EMS and transported to a local er.
